I started Free Minds Thrive, LLC in order to help people live with deeper confidence, more intention, and better health. We started by offering life coaching services and life skills classes in order to help people do exactly that.

Health was always central to the process of achieving this for people. Without good health, everything else becomes much more difficult. People lose energy, motivation, mental clarity, their mood suffers, and all around they just aren't thriving like they can be.

I believe we're here to achieve our greatest potential. You can't do that without health. And skin is a big part of that.

Within a few years of launching Free Minds Thrive, I took the all natural homemade tallow and honey balm I was making for my own family and started sharing it with others. This happened in early 2025, and the word started spreading quickly. I couldn't ignore the positive impact that our skin balm was having on the lives of family and friends.

Tallow. Manuka Honey. Beeswax. Olive Oil. 

Simple. Effective. Just the right mix for a thick, buttery balm that isn't made with commercial, chemical junk.

I knew there were other tallow-based skin products out there (I tried some of them!). But I really loved the proprietary formula we came up with, and the feedback from others who used it was incredible. I knew we had to share it with even more people... to help others get the same amazing skin we were experiencing... and so, Tallow Honey Gold became an official product line in the Free Minds Thrive family.

We took the spirit of Free Minds Thrive and weaved it into our Tallow Honey Gold products. Every one of these balms (in all 2 oz. and larger sizes) comes with a practical forward-looking message inside. We offer a FREE weekly empowerment session on Zoom every Monday. And we offer affordable, focused life coaching sessions to our customers for those who need support beyond skin.

I CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BEST LIFE. We have to live in this world together, and I want you as healthy, happy and fulfilled as possible. I know how important skin is to help you achieve that, and I know there's even more you need to get where you're trying to go. I hope we can help.
